La Meccanica is noise, continuous hum, presses, cutters, machines that drill steel. But it is above all the set of people who work there: it is the community, the territory that lives around it. But there is a new way to relate art with business through the Enterprise Theater. Culture and creativity for a new company narrative is a pilot action that, for the first time in Italy, saw 5 Venetian theater companies involved in a narration experiment of as many companies in our Region. The InduCCI project originates from the consideration that industrial regions need greater creativity and innovation, both social and economic, to cope with future industrial transformation and aims to enhance creative and cultural enterprises as a factor of development.

With "InduCCI" the project partner regions * collaborate to jointly face the challenge of promoting "cultural and creative industries", through policies, training actions and the creation of a general support framework, developing pilot actions to strengthen the potential of CCI as an innovative economic actor and key factor of social change. The project is an initiative promoted by the Padua Chamber of Commerce, funded by the European cooperation program Interreg Central Europe, with the collaboration of Prof. Fabrizio Panozzo of the Ca 'Foscari University of Venice, the Teatro Stabile del Veneto and with the partnership with professional theater companies is bringing theatrical storytelling methods to 5 industrial companies in the Veneto region. We want to enhance places and commercial activities through the collaboration between traditional companies and CCI, developing together an innovative theatrical show.

On Friday, December 10th, the First European Enterprise Theater Festival was staged at the Teatro See in Padua: MECCANICHE.
Those who, in La Meccanica, work there daily Roberto Reffo, currently at the helm of the company founded by his father and next to him, Mario Guarise, a worker who has experienced this generational transition, took to the stage. An enriching experiment of dialogue and true listening between the theater and the company. The show created together with Teatro Bresci told about our company, the factory sheds with their noise, the community that moves around it, the territory, future generations.
